| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、分析归纳法对专项耐力的概念、分类、机理、训练方法以及测量方法进行阐述,发现过于强调以专项供能特点进行耐力训练是我国专项耐力训练理论体系的不足之处。笔者认为这种偏差将会导致我国运动员耐力基础的发展受到忽视,同时理论结构失衡和理论指导思想的偏差是导致我国运动员专项耐力水平过低的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Specific endurance refers to the capability of resistance fatigue and continuous sports as the athletes conduct with some kind of competitive sports.It is restricted by the following factors： body endurance,cardiopulmonary endurance,nerve endurance and mental endurance.By literature material and analysis induction,this assay elaborates the concept,classification,mechanism,trading methods of specific endurance.It has found out that the theoretical system structure of specific endurance was confused,and that was the shortcoming of specific endurance＇s theoretical direction which puts too much emphasis on the characteristics of the endurance training.It is also considered that this will neglect the development of the athletes＇ endurance base in China.Meanwhile,it will lack scientific detection of specific endurance in training.The level of specific endurance has become one of the restricting factors of the Chinese athletes＇ excellent performance.The deviation between unbalanced theoretical construct and theoretical guiding ideology is one of the causes which resulted in the low levels of the athletes＇ specific endurance in China. |
