我国男子铅球运动员滑步技术的运动学分析

摘    要:以第十届全运会男子铅球项目前6名运动员的滑步技术为研究对象,运用运动学方法对我国优秀男子铅球运动员的滑步技术进行分析研究。结果表明:右腿摆动最高速度基本上出现在右腿积极蹬伸阶段,但存在着右脚蹬地角较大、滑步时间较长、右髋角较大等问题,从而减小了身体重心的水平速度,增大了身体重心的垂直速度,使滑步阶段铅球速度和身体重心速度相应减少,从而影响最后成绩。

Abstract:This text analyses the elite men's shot - put gliding technique applying the analytic approach of three - dimensional ki- nematics. The result indicates that: The right leg velocity comes on the right leg stretch, but the take off angle of right foot is partial and big; The sliding step time is long; The right lip angle is big; which reduce the horizontal velocity of centre of body weight and increse the perpendicular steed of body gravity. Therefore the speed of body and shot all reduce, which effect the finally achievement.
