| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法、对比法等研究方法，对新世纪高校体育转型期体育教师必备的教学、科研、为社会服务、创新等能力进行了较为详尽的论述与分析，并提出了相应的几点建议，旨在为处在新形势下的高校体育教师提供理论和实际参考。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing documents and data, investigating, and contrastive analysis, this dissertation has clarified the essential capabilities of college physical education teachers during the period of transformation in the new century, such as teaching methods, scientific research, service for society, innovation, etc. What's more, it also has given some correspondent suggestion in order to offer theoretical knowledge and practical references to college physical education teachers of this new century. |
