中长跑运动员安静时的脑电地形图分析

摘    要:章分析了11例中长跑运动员安静时的脑电功率谱,发现与正常人安静时的脑电功率谱基本一致,脑电功率谱左右对称性好。从前额到枕区,慢波逐渐减少.快波a节律增多.各脑区以a节律为主。目的在于从脑电的角度为体育教学和训练提供理论依据。

Abstract:After analysing 11eases of the BEPCS of the relsred running athletes,this article points out that the athletes'BEPCS are basically the same as the normal people during their quiet hour. The BEPCS have a clear symmetry between the right and left sides. From the forehead to the occiput the show waves decrease while the a of the brain have the dominant a rhythms. This article aims to provide theoreticle basis for the teacting and training, of physical educaation from the angle of BEAM.
