| 摘 要： | 深层阐述高校体育实施素质教育的重要性,归纳总结出高校体育教育在实施素质教育中的基础作用。它不仅使学生强身健体,而且培养学生的竞争意识和进取精神、顽强的意志品质和陶冶学生的高尚情操、健康的审美观念与审美能力和公民意识等作用。与此同时提出了高校体育在实施素质教育中的基本途径。首先必须转变观念,在素质教育中牢固树立“健康第一”的指导思想。从体育素质教育实际情况出发,改革教学内容、教学方法、学生体育课成绩考核标准和教学评价方案,加强学校课外体育活动的多方面开展,努力建设一只高素质的体育师资队伍。为了进一步推动我国教育事业的发展,高校体育教育就要抓住机遇,勇于探索,成为教育改革的先锋。

| Abstract: | By emphasizing the importance of college P E education from all the directions and summarizing the basic functions of P E in the course of education from all the directions, we can have a good fruit in planting the seed of competition consciousness, go-aheadism and determination in students' hearts and improving their aesthetics and sentiment as well as strengthening their physic constitution. Meanwhile, we need to bring forward the basic ways for college P E. Changing the idea and building the instructional idea " Health comes first" is what we should do first. Then according to our practical conditions, we should reform in the fields of teaching contents, teaching methods and the standards for students' P E grades and the judgments for teaching achievement to ensure rich P E activities' going-on at college and to build a team of high-educated P E teachers. We should grasp the opportunity and bravely explore to improve the development of college P E education and make it the pioneer of education reform so as to drive trie development of our education course. |
