| 摘 要： | 非周期性田径项目传统教学中存在将技术动作过分分解的弊端，增大了技术教学的难度。叠加式教学是以分解法与完整法相结合、以完整教学为主的一种教学方法，适宜于非周期性田径项目的技术教学，能够避免传统教学中存在的一些弊端；非周期性田径项目教学技术动作叠加的“基点”，与一般的方法有很大的不同。

| Abstract: | Non-periodical track and field teaching has some, weak points and increases the difficulty in teaching. According to the basic theory of reiterative teaching and features of non-periodical track and field skill, its method is very different from others. The essay sums up the basic methods of non-periodical teaching and shows some teaching models to certain special events. |
