| 摘 要： | 运用调查访问法和数理统计法，从整体性、综合性角度，对全国86所普通高校体育师资队伍的年龄结构、职称结构、学历层次结构等方面进行了调查研究，指出我国普通高校体育师资队伍的“高级职称老化”“学历层次偏低”等现状，并有针对性地提出了完善我国普通高校体育师资队伍建设的对策。

| Abstract: | By means of investigation and induction,the formations of PE teachers ages, professional titles, educational backgrounds and ideological knowledge at 86 colleges and universities in China were analyzed by integration and synthesis. It was pointed out that the PE teachers who were granted top professional titles were ageing and that the academic degrees of some PE teachers were low as a whole.Meanwhile the countermeasures to perfect the teachers orderly system of succession were set forth for the construction of the teachers training. |
