太极拳运动对55―60岁中老年人"心理老化"的影响

摘    要:关于太极拳运动对中老年人健康的影响,国内外有诸多报道,日益受到人们的关注。但太极拳运动对中老年人心理老化方面的研究却鲜有报道。中老年人是社会的宝贵财富,如何减缓中老年人的心理老化,使他们更加健康长寿,更好地为社会发挥余热,无疑具有重要意义。文章通过文献查阅和问卷调查等方法,对太极拳运动对55-60岁中老年“心理老化”的影响进行了研究和探讨。结果表明:太极拳运动很好地减缓了中老年人的“心理老化”,使他们更加健康长寿,更好地安享晚年,为社会发挥余热。

Abstract:People are more aware of the worldwide reports about the influences of Taijiquan on the health of the old, but few reports were about the research of Taijiquan on psychological aging of old people. The old are precious treasure of society, so it's important to know how to slow their psychological aging and make them more healthy and longevous. By means of literature and questionnaire, this paper researches into the influences of Taijiquan on psychological aging of old people between 55 and 60.The result shows that Taijiquan can really slow psychological aging of old people, make them more healthy and longevous and enjoy their lives.
