| 摘 要： | 随着现代分子生物学技术的迅猛发展，有关肥胖的分子生物学研究也进展很快。肥胖基因(ob gene)及其产物瘦素leptin的发现与克隆使肥胖病因的研究进入了分子时代，也为减肥机制的探讨开辟了新的领域。
