| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、专家座谈和数理统计等方法，对山东高校教职工从事体育活动现状进行调查分析。调查显示：教职工参加体育活动的状况具有随年龄增长而活动密度增加的趋势，参加体育项目受体育设施和体育传统的影响。文章分析了影响不同年龄段教职工体育活动的现状，并提出了高等院校促进教职工更好的从事体育活动，促进身心健康的建议．

| Abstract: | This paper uses the ways of questionnair, professional discussion and the statistics to analyse the problem about the faculty going in for the physical eclucation activities. The censor points out the tendency that the older the faculty are the muse go in for or have relevance with the sports education equipment and the traditional items. This paper analysies the status quo of different ages affecting their heir physical education how the faculty in coueqes and universities go in for the physical education activities and can get the best efficiency about their healthy building. |
