运动与细胞凋亡

摘    要:本文采用文献资料法对运动与细胞凋亡的研究现状及进展进行研究探讨。着重分析了凋亡相关基因、自由基和线粒体在细胞凋亡形成中的作用及可能机理,以及运动对细胞凋亡的影响。运动可以诱导细胞凋亡,细胞凋亡发生的比率和程度与运动形式、运动强度和运动持续时间有关,其机制可能主要包括以下方面:影响凋亡相关基因、自由基的介导使氧化与抗氧化系统失衡,损伤线粒体的结构和功能以及机械损伤。

Abstract:Progress and current status of the cellular apoptosis relating to exercise were discussed by means of consulting literature. The stress discussions consisted of apoptosis-related gene, the actions and mechanisms of free racial and mitochondria in the apoptosis process of cell respectively, as well as actions of exercise. Apoptosis of cell was induced by exercise and the incidence and level of apoptosis related to the mode, intensity and sustained time of exercise. The main possible mechanisms consisted of the followings: factors of apoptosis-related gene, free radical inducing resulted unequilibrium between oxidant and antioxidant system, mitochondrial structure and function injury, as well as mechanical injury.
