| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法等,对神经—内分泌—免疫网络的构成及三者之间的相互关系,健身运动中神经—内分泌—免疫网络对机体内稳态的整合调控机制与效应进行研究,探讨健身运动对人体结构、机能影响的规律,进一步认识运动健身的原理,指导大众健身。
