| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、调查访问法等，对现阶段的高脚竞速与短跑进行比较分析。结论：相对于短跑，高脚竞速主要存在选材不科学，训练体系不完善的问题。上述情况不利于高脚竞速运动人才梯队的形成，限制了高脚竞速运动健康、快速、持续的发展。改革对策：改善运动员选材机制，走可持续发展的道路；建立科学的训练系统，提高高脚竞速的运动水平。

| Abstract: | The current state of stilt race and dash are compared and analyzed by means of documental consultation, investigation and interviews. Conclusion: Compared with dash, stilt is still imperfect in that the choice of athletes is unscientific and the training system is yet to be perfected. This situation is unfavorable for the formation of stilt race talents echelon, hindering the healthy, fast and sustainable development of stilt race. Reform measures: Improve athlete choice mechanism, take a sustainable developing road, set up scientific training system and heighten stilt race technique level. |
