| Abstract: | Training method for basket shooting will be involved in how to enhance player's long range shot technique and increase the hit rate of long range shots. The author probed into the 9 problems that should be solved in long range shot training as well as the 7 factors that affect the hit rate of basket shooting,namely,shooting technique,aiming and orientation,rotation of the ball,parabola,harmony,judgment and reaction,and mental factors. |
