| 摘 要： | 在社会互动中产生的体育话语，代表着某些群体的权益。结合当前我国体育发展面临的形势，演绎出我国行使体育话语权以谋求大多数人、大多数国家的体育利益，维持世界体育发展新秩序为目的。我国体育话语权建立在坚实的体育发展实力、科学的体育话语体系、坚定的体育话语自信、正确的体育话语立场、逐渐成熟的话语表达时机的基础上，但当前我国体育话语权有效发挥不足，主要存在国内体育话语质量不高、体育话语表达途径单一、体育话语能量有限等问题，需要采取改革我国体育发展方式，提升体育话语权的质量；增强民族体育话语实力，拓展体育话语表达途径；树立话语权威，打造强势的话语符号等措施，增强我国体育话语权的有效性。

| Abstract: | Sports discourse represents the rights and interests of certain groups in social interaction. In China, the purpose of sports discourse right is to seek the interests of the majority of people and countries for maintaining the new order of world sports development. The sports discourse right is based on the solid strength of sports development, the scientific sports discourse system, the confidence in sports discourse, the correct standpoint sports discourse, and the right time to express the discourse.However, due to the low quality of discourse, simplistic ways of expression, limited elaboration and other issues, effective measures should be taken to improve the level of sports discourse, such as reforming the way of sports development, strengthening the discourse power of national sports and setting up the authority of discourse etc. |
