| 摘 要： | 空勤人员因工作紧张程度高、窗内环境密闭、光照规律多变、远离自然、静坐有余而活动不足等成为了这类症状的高危人群。同时又没有1种"诗情画意"的休闲方式能使空勤人员这类特殊人群通过亲近自然的休闲活动的调整,使工作中积累的压力得到缓解,达到身心健康、精神放松,效率提高。本篇介绍几种适合空勤人员的特殊消费群的休闲方式供大家参考。 |

Has become chronic weary syndrome high danger crowd. Simultaneously also does not have one kind" rich in poetic and artistic flavor" to be able to cause air service personnel this kind of special crowd. Enable to alleviate the pressure in the work a, achieve the healthy, relax the spirit, efficiency. We introduced several kinds which suit the air service personnel's special expense group leisure way for everybody reference. |
