| 摘 要： | 文章对我国篮球后备力量的现状以及后备力量的培养对中国篮球运动职业化的影响进行探讨,提出影响中国篮球后备力量培养的主要因素为体制因素、经济因素、训练水平、教练员的专业素质、激励机制、家庭环境因素、个体主观因素。并对相关的问题提出建议,从而为我国篮球后备力量的培养以及篮球职业化的进程与发展提供有益的启示。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on our country basketball current situation and cultivation of reserve force and these aspects influence Chinese basketball professional development.The paper argues that the influeucial factor are system factor,economic factor , training professional quality , incentive mechanism , family's environmental factor , individual subjective factor of the competence , coach. And the paper puts forward some suggestions to the relevant problem , hope to offer helpful enlightenment for cultivation and basketball professional process and development of the basketball reserve force of our country. |
