优秀摔跤运动员训练疲劳与恢复的生理生化监控

摘    要:对参加第28届奥运会的8名中国摔跤运动员的训练疲劳和恢复的共性规律和个性特点进行系统研究,旨在为中国摔跤队备战第29届奥运会提供参考。结果显示:1)训练负荷(大强度和大量)周的血清CK和Bu平均值与调整周的平均值相比有不同的特点,可作为该批运动员训练负荷的参照,为即将开始的一周训练负荷的安排提供依据。2)每个优秀摔跤运动员的恢复和疲劳的各项指标的最高值、最低值、波动范围都有自己的特点,并且某些运动员之间有显著性差异。以个体疲劳和恢复的各项指标的最低值、平均值和最高值作为3个参照点,通过实际测试值与这3个参照点的对比,判断训练后个体的疲劳和恢复情况。

Abstract:The purpose of the study was to survey the mutual and individual disciplinarian on training fatigue and recovery of our elite wrestlers who participating in the 28 th Olympic Games in order to provide the reference for 29 th Olympic Games.The result showed that the average value of serum CK and BU during high intensity training week were different character comparing with the value in rest week.It can be used as the frame of reference for training load,and provide foundation to establish the next week's plan for the whole team.Each elite wrestler has individual character on indexes of recovery and fatigue such as maximal,average and minimum value,which can be used to evaluate the individual fatigue and recovery after training.
