| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法，对我国业余体校艺术体操的训练、选材、竞赛、保障等几个方面的现状、成因进行调查与分析。结果发现：运动员训练人数与质量不能满足需求；缺乏统一的训练大纲：竞赛内容不够合理，参赛队数、人数太少，竞争性不强；经费、场地落实不理想是存在的主要问题，据此提出建议。

| Abstract: | It used the research methods of literature, interviews to experts, questionnaire etc. to investigate and analyze the present situation of the rhythmic training, selection of talent, competitions protection etc. of amateur sports schools in our country. The findings are as follows: the number of the gymnasts participating in training and the training quality can't meet the needs; the unified training program is deficient, the competitive contents aren't reasonable, the number of teams and gymnasts joining in competitions is too little, the competition isn't keen; the unsatisfactory fund supplies and ground arrangement are the main existent problems, and accordingly it puts forward some suggestions. |
