| 摘 要： | 在大数据背景下,基于网络爬虫技术挖掘2011至2015年食品安全新闻事件与数据,并融合网络舆情视角,构建食品安全风险预警因素体系。针对食品安全事件是由多种风险因素累积和复杂关联造成的特点,进一步运用Fuzzy-DEMATEL方法对风险因素的因果类别及重要程度进行实证研究,分析和提炼食品安全核心风险预警因素。

Research on the Risk Warning Index for Food Safety based on Big Data |

| Abstract: | s As food safety relates with so many different links , how to find food safety risk factors based on data is an important research topic, it will improving advance warning for food safety risk management. The food safety risk factors are constructed based on the food safety incidents between 2011 and 2015. From the network public opinion perspective, food safety incidents which are paid high attention in the network were analyzed. And then, the warning index system for food safety. In order to analyze the importance and relationship between food safety risk factors, the Fuzzy DEMATEL method were used in the paper. Based on the method, the key factors for food safety risk warning are constructed. |
