| 摘 要： | 科研团队是我国国立科研机构的基本业务单位,基于问卷和访谈调研的结果,围绕科研团队知识创新绩效影响要素,对我国国立科研机构科研团队的现状进行统计分析,得出一些初步结论和建议,最后讨论本文的研究意义、局限性和下一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | The scientific research teams are the basic research units of Chinese state-owned scientific institutions.Based on the investigations,this paper made some statistical analyses on the situations of scientific research teams in Chinese state-owned scientific institutions about the success factors of them.Some results were obtained,and some suggestions were made.Finally,the value,the shortages and the next orientations of the research were discussed. |
