| 摘 要： | 通过对战略科学家概念、评判标准和领导力的综述研究，提出了关于战略科学家领导力的十条假设，在传记分析、数据调查和假设验证的基础上，就战略科学家的领导力内涵进行了深入研究探讨，并提出了战略科学家的领导力模型及其关键要素指标。

| Abstract: | This paper has carried on deeper analysis and research to the strategic scientists' ability system through the concept,criterion,system of ability,biography etc.and has proposed 10 assumptions about the strategic scientist's leadership.Based on the assumptions being verified,the paper analyzed and discussed the investigating data further,and has systematically proposed the strategic scientist's leadership model and its key elements. |
