| 摘 要： | 民以食为天,食以安为先,食品安全直接关系到人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,涉及千家万户和每个社会成员的切身利益。近年来,食品安全事故频发,严重影响人民群众生活和社会和谐稳定。为了不断提高食品安全监管能力,提升食品安全整体水平,将食品从原料、加工到成品的全过程置于阳光下,让市民吃得更放心、身体健康、生活更幸福,所以,食品安全监管靠档案。
