| 摘 要： | 当庭认证说与庭后认证说各有偏颇,应将庭审采证与合议认证相结合。庭审采证要运用合法性、相关性、意见规则。合议认证的标准要确实、充分,要运用经验法和逻辑法,合议按多数意见作决定。认证规则要遵循认证程序灵活运用。
