技师培养模式与课程开发研究

摘    要:本项目通过重点研究技师的职业特征和职业发展规律、技师学院基于工作过程的课程开发、职业院校的技师培养模式这三个问题并在相关院校进行试验发现,学习领域课程对技师培养课程建设具有示范作用,项目开发的系列教学文件为技师教学资源库建设提供了样本.但就职业院校培养技师来说,目前在理论、师资、校企合作方面还存在一些问题.
