| 摘 要： | 图书馆网络信息服务绩效评价应该包括三个方面：一是网络信息服务系统建设绩效评价，二是网络信息资源建设绩效评价，三是用户感知的服务绩效评价。其评价方法可以按照评价主体分为三类：自我评价；第三方评价；用户评价。这三类方法各有侧重，自我评价主要用于评价网络信息服务系统建设绩效，第三方评价主要用于评价网络信息资源建设绩效，用户评价主要用于评价用户感知服务绩效，但也不是泾渭分明，也可以综合使用。
