| 摘 要： | 以离散系数作为评价地区图书馆事业均衡发展的指标,并围绕这一指标构建了若干子指标,如资源权重、加权资源和建议资源量。文章以广州地区图书馆事业的年度统计资料为依据,以常住人口为基础变量,对省市图书馆与广州十二个区图书馆的基础性资源进行了均衡研究,并就未来投入和建设重点提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper develops Deviation Rate(DR) as an index for gauging the balanced development of public libraries in Guangzhou and creates relevant indices,e.g.,resource weight,available resources,suggested resources etc.This paper surveyed major resources from the provincial library,municipal library and twelve district libraries on the grounds of annual library statistics collected by Guangzhou Library Association against population data of Guangzhou.At the end,some suggestions for future investment are given. |
