| 摘 要： | 开放获取期刊(OAJ)平台是OA关键基础设施,对促进OAJ的发展、传播和利用均有重大意义。它是国家/机构科技期刊的宣传展示平台,是图书馆科技文献资源和服务体系的重要组成部分,是商业信息服务机构的推广平台。通过对8个OAJ平台资源建设和用户服务现状考察发现,OAJ平台在资源纳入和剔除标准、评价体系,高级检索功能,交互式服务、相关知识链接、互操作性还存在不足;与检索性平台相比,OAJ全文平台在增值服务上具有明显的比较优势。未来OAJ平台应不断完善平台资源组织、资源评价的制度和方法,注意规避知识产权风险。

| Abstract: | Open access journal(OAJ) platform is a key infrastructure of OA,and it is of great significance in promoting the development,dissemination and exploitation of OAJ.OAJ platform is a national/institutional platform for journal propaganda and demonstration,an integral part of the library’s resource and services platform for literature,a promotion platform for commercial information service provider.The investigation into the resource construction and user services of 8 OAJ platforms shows that there are problems and deficiencies in resource collection and exclusion criteria,evaluation system,advanced search function,interactive services,relevant knowledge linking and interoperability.Compared with retrieval platforms,the full text platforms have a clear comparative advantage in value-added services.Future OAJ platform should continue to improve resources organization,evaluation systems and methods,and pay attention to avoiding the copyright risk. |
