| 摘 要： | 与日本图书馆经费投入已经形成的纵向协调、横向配套的法律体系相比,中国图书馆生存发展所需的经费投入还没形成国家层面的法律以及与之相配套的法律保障体系.中国图书馆事业的发展及其法制化进程任重而道远,需要图书馆界及全社会的关注与支持.
