微博助推图书馆公关形象塑造探析——关于“为农民工网购火车票事件”的思考

摘    要:微博关注最新的社会热点问题,以其传输信息快、互动性强、允许自由评论等特点成为信息传播的新途径。图书馆"为农民工网购火车票事件"始于微博,对图书馆的公关形象塑造具有正面宣传效应。图书馆公关形象的整体运作要依靠微博等网络媒体,同时图书馆应积极与传统媒体合作,抓住宣传机遇,为图书馆事业的生存与发展谋求更为广阔的空间。

Discussion on Building the Public Relation Image of Libraries with Microblog Thoughts of the Event of Purchasing Train Tickets for Peasant Workers Online
Abstract:The microblog keeps a watchful eye on hotspots of the society,the microblog has characteristics of spreading information fast,strong interactivity and allowing users commenting freely,and has become the new way of the information dissemination.The event of phasing train tickets for peasant workers online starts from microblog,and has positive effects on building the public relation image of libraries.The overall operation of the public relation image of libraries should depend on the network media(such as the microblog),at the same time,libraries should cooperate with traditional media positively,seize the opportunity of the publicity,and seek a broader space for the survival and development of librarianship.
