| 摘 要： | 为了从刻板印象视角了解公安边防官兵与普通公众看待图书馆员群体有何不同,我们通过大样本问卷调查和SPSS统计发现:与普通公众相比,公安边防官兵对图书馆员的工作态度与能力评价较高;与普通公众相比,公安边防官兵对图书馆员的工作认可度更高、交往意愿更强;我们亟需改善的是图书馆的服务,从而提升公众对图书馆员的刻板印象。参考文献3。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of stereotype, we tried to discover the difference between the border policemen and the general public. By self-designed questionnaire and the data analysis using SPSS, we have found out that: the border policemen think better of librarians. The border policemen have higher approval of the working attitudes and skills of librarians.Libraries need to improve their own services to promote the stereotype of librarians in public's mind. 3 refs. |
