| 摘 要： | 档案数据管理正处于引入阶段,其研究基础尚不扎实,一些基本问题仍有待明确。文章运用5W1H分析法,对档案数据管理的产生背景、管理对象、管理主体、保管场所、介入时机、管理路径等基础问题进行了分析。档案数据管理的提出,反映出档案工作发展到了一个新的阶段,档案部门应抓住机遇,推动档案数据管理发展。

| Abstract: | Archival data management is in initial stage, its research foundation is not solid, and some basic issues remain to be clarified. By using 5W1H analytical method, the paper analyzes research foundation of archival data management, such as the creation background, management objects, management subjects, storage place, intervention time and management methods etc. The proposal of archival data management reflects that archives work comes into a new stage, and the archives department should seize the opportunity to promote the development of archival data management. |
