| 摘 要： | 日本的政府信息公开始于20世纪90年代初,信息公开法颁布于2001年。此后,日本历届政府都致力于政府信息的开发利用,并取得了明显的成效。文章着重阐述和分析了日本政府信息公开和政府信息开发利用取得的成绩和存在的不足,以期待对今后我国政府信息公开,尤其是对我国政府信息的开发利用提供启示和思考。
