| 摘 要： | 传统意义上数字鸿沟都是基于技术层面、从量的角度来对数字鸿沟进行定义的,它强调不同地域或种群信息拥有量的多寡以及信息控制能力上的大小.本文打破传统思维,基于数字信息的可理解,从另一个角度来阐述数字鸿沟的内涵、产生的背景以及对人类社会产生的重大影响.

| Abstract: | The traditional definition of digital divide is based on the technology level,from the view of quantity.It emphasizes the information quantity and the capacity of information control in the different region and the different population.Basing on information understanding,the article breaks the traditional thought to elaborate the digital divide's connotation,background and the significant influence which it makes in the human society nowadays. |
