| 摘 要： | 弱势群体是目前备受社会关注的人群,对弱势群体进行知识援助既是社会公平、正义的现实要求,也是图书馆肩负的神圣使命.阐述了弱势群体的界定和类型划分,结合图书馆的服务理念和社会职责,分析了图书馆对弱势群体提供知识援助的重大意义,针对不同类型弱势群体的各自特点分别提出了为他们提供特殊服务的措施.

| Abstract: | The vulnerable groups should be paid special attention to in society,knowledge aids to the vulnerable groups from library are not only demands of social justice and equity,but also obligation of library.The paper explains the definition and types of vulnerable groups,combining the library's services and social functions,pointed out that providing knowledge aids for the vulnerable groups has its important actual significance.In view of the characteristics of different types of vulnerable groups,providing special knowledge aids. |
