| Abstract: | Based on the classical theory of sociological study -- ＂role theory＂, and taking the social role of public library as the research object, this paper analyzes the public library＇s predicament and repositions, discusses the innovation and breakthrough, expands the library development space, in order to obtain the social recognition and support, to interact and cooperate with the society from all walks of life, realize the public library＇ s development and the fusion of the social development, enhance the public library＇s ontology attributes of social public domain knowledge space and cultural space and its consciousness of the industry. |
