| 摘 要： | 从科学理论的发展、科学评价的内在要求及社会、心理等相关方面的影响出发,从理论上对保证审定稿的科学性进行思考,明确区分了科技期刊审稿标准与科学理论评价标准的异同,指出学术期刊审稿与定稿的本质区别,分析了审稿评价中的影响因素和定稿评价中的辩证关系.

| Abstract: | This process not only influences the quality of the journal but also relates closely with scientific and technological development. In this paper, the authors investigate the methods to assure the scientific examination and acceptance procedure and define the similarities and differences of appraisement standards between the scientific and technological journals and the science theories from the viewpoints of science theory development, demand on reasonable assessment and influence of society and psychology. The paper explains the essence distinguishing of reviewing and accepting a paper in the academic journal. Furthermore, the research analyses the influential factors in contribution assessment and the dialectic relations in paper selection. |
