| 摘 要： | 针对科技期刊编辑再创造性劳动的特点，提出了科技期刊编辑必须具有很高悟性的观点。对科技期刊编辑过程中各个环节的编辑性的具体表现做了初步分析，提出了激发科技期刊编辑悟性的措施和方法。

| Abstract: | The paper, in accordance with the re creation feature of the edit of journals of science and technology, puts forward the viewpoint that the journal editors should possess a high perception, analyses preliminarily the specific manifestations of the perception in every stage of the editorial process, and presents some measures to stimulate the perception. |
