| 摘 要： | 分析高校学报的历史、性质和功能.认为:高校学报是由高校拨款,为满足高校教学、科研工作和宣传交流的需要而自觉创办的;高校学报虽然也有销售,但在本质上具有宣传品的属性;讨论高校学报的改革,不能脱离高校办学报的目的而仅从学报自身的角度考虑;高校自然科学学报的生存基础正是高校对学报的需要.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the history and functions of the journals of colleges and universities, it is proposed that these journals are budgeted by colleges and universities in order to promote their teaching and research, and to propagate their research achievements. The journals possess an attribute of publicizing rather than marketing. One shouldn't talk about the journals' reform without considering the purposes of publishing this kind of journals. The conclusion is drawn that the existence of the journals is based on the need of colleges and universities. |
