| 摘 要： | 稿约规范的实质在于提高期刊的诚信度.通过阐述稿约规范的必要性,稿约内容的完整性、合法性以及稿约履约的实在性,以期加深期刊人对稿约规范的认识程度.稿约规范能起到融洽编者与作者之间关系,培植期刊活力的重要作用.
