| Abstract: | The paper introduces the concepts and functions of leaning organizations of editors, discusses the optimizing of the functions of leaning organizations of editors which is needed for the international competition. And more, a mode of optimizing the functions of these organizations - assembling the desires of individual editors with the desires of editor organizations - is suggested. It holds that a mutual action mechanism for the learning of editors and editor organizations should be established. |
