| Abstract: | This paper starts with changing the concept of soliciting contributions and renewing the guiding ideas for soliciting contributions, and takes the awareness of the objective laws as the center. Then the authors further discusses approaches and methods concerning how to use the strategies in soliciting contributions, to enlarge the extent of soliciting contributions and to guarantee the quality in soliciting contributions, in order to improve the quality of university journals. |
