| Abstract: | With an investigation into Guide for Contributors selected from 100 Chinese college and university journals, and their qualities and norms, the paper considers that those journals are still short of necessary specifications. There are problems in subject requirements, scope of soliciting contributions, contribution forms, contribution approaches, contribution morality, and contribution fees. The paper concludes with some beneficial proposals for improvement. |
