| 摘 要： | 分析学术论文的创新特色和3个创新属性,从5个方面提出了编辑初审评价学术论文创新性的方法:把握学科领域性和专业方向性,初步判断是否有创新;运用对比法,评价学术真实性;分析学术论文各组成部分之间的逻辑相关性,判断创新可信度;对照关键参考文献,追索研究起点;依据作者的创新性说明,查证核实创新。
