| 摘 要： | 在前文(李若溪.编辑学报,2001,13(4):187-189)基础上,进行系统要素分析.提出系统主体要素由科技期刊传播者、作者、读者等组成,讨论主体要素的特点和功能;系统客体要素主要有科技期刊及其承载的信息、知识以及传播媒体等.提出为实现科技期刊传播系统在国家创新系统中的目标任务,如何进行要素创新的思路.

| Abstract: | Based on the author's paper, Dissemination system of sci tech periodicals and its innovation , published in Acta Editologica Vol.13 No.4, this paper analyses the essential factors of the system. It points out that the system consists of subject essential factors and object essential factors, such as disseminators of sci tech journals, writers, readers, information, knowledge and mediums etc. The author analyses the thinking of innovation of essential factors to realize the tasks of sci tech periodicals given by National System of Innovation. |
