组织内员工知识共享过程研究:知识接收者视角

摘    要:传统观点认为,知识共享活动是一个“黑箱”,人们没有必要研究其具体过程,而这在很大程度上影响了知识共享有效性的进一步提高。在指出已有研究文献不足的基础上,将知识接收者引入到知识共享过程中,提出基于该视角的知识共享过程模型,并分析接收者的影响因素及方式,最后提出提高知识共享有效性的管理策略。

Abstract:Traditionally,knowledge sharing is viewed as a black box and it is not necessary to study its specific process.This hinders people from improving the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in future.After analyzing the drawbacks of present literatures,this paper brings knowledge receiver into knowledge sharing process and proposes a knowledge sharing process model based on knowledge receiver.Then it analyses the influences of receiver on knowledge sharing process.Finally the authors suggest management measures ...
