| 摘 要： | 在构建公共图书馆社会形象关键词表的基础上,以近三年中国重要报纸对公共图书馆的报道内容为样本,统计分析公共图书馆社会形象的报道热点及其变化趋势。研究结果发现,公共图书馆的"文化教育功能"是早期关注的焦点;随着报道的深入和国家政策的出台,公共图书馆的"服务内容"、"现代化水平"、"服务理念"逐渐成为媒体关注的焦点,这对公共图书馆的社会形象建设具有引导作用。

| Abstract: | Based on building a keywords table about social image of the public library, this paper takes the reports of public library from Chinese major newspapers as sample in the recent three years, and analyzes the reporting hotspots and trend about social image of public libraries. The results show that "cultural and educational function" is the focus of early attention; and the "service item", "level of modernization" and "service philosophy" is becoming the attention focus with deeper reporting and introduction of policy. This research makes a guiding role on social image building of the public library. |
