| 摘 要： | 在界定信息资源共享系统绩效评估概念的基础上，介绍国内外信息资源共享系统绩效评估的进展，论述信息资源共享系统绩效评估的必要性，分析系统科学理论、利益相关者理论、成本/效益理论、信息资源配置理论作为信息资源共享系统绩效评估支撑理论的指导意义，提出信息资源共享系统绩效评估的若干原则。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the definition of performance evaluation of information resources sharing system, this paper introduces the development of performance evaluation of information resource sharing system both at home and abroad, discusses the necessity of the performance evaluation, and analyzes the guiding significance of system science theory, stakeholder theory, costs benefits theory and information resources allocation theory as supporting theories of information resource sharing system performance evaluation. Some principles of performance evaluation of information resource sharing system are put forward too. |
