| 摘 要： | 信息是评价的基础，不仅获取评价信息是评价的一个重要环节，而且评价过程就是一个信息处理过程。本文使用信息分析方法研究评价活动，首先从事物的信号显示机制出发，讨论信号的观测和信息的测度问题；然后详细分析评价过程，从信息处理角度提出评价活动的一般操作程序；最后以数字图书馆的评价为例，分析评价方法的信息基础，并探讨存在哪些可能的评价方法。

| Abstract: | Information is the foundation of evaluation. Not only acquiring evaluation information is a vital step in evaluation circle, the evaluation process itself is also an information process. This paper takes the information analysis approach to study evaluation activities. First of all, it reviews the signal revealing mechanism of the world and discusses the problems of signal observation and information measurement. Then it analyzes the evaluation process in detail and proposes the general operation procedure of evaluation process from the point of view of information processing. Finally, taking the evaluation of digital libraries as an example, it analyzes the information basis of evaluation approach and discusses the possible approaches and methods for digital libraries evaluation. |
