| 摘 要： | 对社会标签和社会标签网站的功能与特征进行分析，从图书馆的OPAC及用户教育两个方面归纳社会标签的具体应用现状与应用模式，并提出相应的应用建议。同时对社会标签在图书馆参考咨询服务中的应用模式进行构建，以期指导社会标签在图书馆中的全面和充分应用。
